You have outgrown your own strategy, which means the next level is not about effort. It is about decisions, altitude, and who is in the room with you. Four moves, leader to leader.
One sentence, written as if it already happened: what did this year change? If you cannot write it cleanly, that is the ceiling talking. Leaders drift when the headline is fuzzy.
List every decision you made this week. Mark the ones only you could make. Everything else is a habit wearing a crown. Hand three of them to someone else before Friday.
Calculate what staying at this level costs you per quarter: revenue not built, people not developed, the thing you were called to that is still parked. Make the number real. Ceilings feel free until you price them.
You already consume at a high level. The next unlock is not another book, it is sitting with someone who has built what you are building and will tell you the truth. Choose the room on purpose.
If you want my eyes on your vision directly, the Whiteboard Method is how I do that with a small number of leaders: your plan on the board, a 12-month build, a team that holds the standard. It is application-only, and the application is on your result page.
